In this Day 6 of The Methuselah Factor 30-day Diet and Lifestyle Program, Dr. DeRose turns our attention to one of the world's most popular drugs, caffeine. Far from being our friend, caffeine has adverse effects on our blood fluidity. Worse still, caffeine can act as "bad habit glue," making it more difficult to make long-term lifestyle changes.

If you are serious about getting on a healthier lifestyle, DeRose argues that you really only have two options, "cut [down on] the caffeine" or "cut [out] the caffeine," with the latter being superior.
