Day 3’s Challenge: Increase your amount of daily exercise.

This is the third installment of Dr. DeRose's The Methuselah Factor 30-day Diet and Lifestyle Program. In this episode, Dr. DeRose discusses the importance of increasing physical activity--on a daily basis. Remember, in this program, you add one new health behavior each day, and continue that practice throughout the entire month. If you are implementing the 30 daily tasks over a longer period of time, you still want to continue each of these practices for the full duration of your health emphasis.
