In this first installment of a three-part mini-series, David DeRose, MD, MPH helps viewers recognize how stressors can come at us from a variety of directions. Indeed, it is only when we recognize the things that are challenging us that we can effectively cope with them. In this short video, Dr DeRose provides a framework for doing just that.
