Day 8’s Challenge: Cut down on your consumption of salt (unless your health care provider recommends against this).

Sodium: without it, we cannot survive. However, too much, especially in the form of sodium chloride (table salt) may be problematic. Dr. DeRose helps you determine whether salt consumption may be adversely affecting your health; and if so, what to do about it.
