It could be argued that not a single aspect of the Methuselah Factor Diet and Lifestyle Program will do you a bit of good unless you have been humble enough to follow at least some of Dr. DeRose's suggestions. For the rest of the program, beginning today, we ask you to reconsider, in a very practical way, the virtue of humility.
Day 21's Challenge: Reassess the lifestyle goals that you have set over the last 20 days, identify at least one area where you could be humbler, taking my counsel more seriously and making a larger commitment. Then put that broader commitment into practice for the rest of the program. (Examples: you have cut down on your coffee consumption, but you now decide to make a clean break with all caffeinated beverages; you have been walking 15 minutes per day, but want to boost that up to 30 minutes daily.)
