Day 18's Challenge: Implement one environmental strategy that you will continue for the rest of the program. This step might include decreasing the noise level of your sleeping environment or getting outdoor exercise early in the day (if you have trouble falling asleep) or late in the day (if you have trouble sleeping through the night).
