Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from Dr. DeRose’s over thirty years of experience, helping thousands of people improve their health and obtain a more optimal weight. Some of the most powerful weight loss strategies involve different types of fasts. In this brand-new program, Dr. DeRose combines eight different fasting strategies in an eight-session weight and health optimization program. Perhaps most amazing of all, this is NOT a program of progressively more denial. From the outset of the program in Week 1, you may actually find yourself eating more (of at least some things)!
